At 4.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding near the river will occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 4.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 4.1 feet this evening.
