* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall last evening is expected. * WHERE. North central Douglas county, along Plum Creek from Sedalia to Chatfield Reservoir. * WHEN. Until 400 AM MDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1243 AM MDT, Stream gauges indicated that minor flooding is occurring in Plum Creek around Sedalia. The creek is receding upstream around Castle Rock. West Plum Creek water levels have also fallen well below their crest. - Plum Creek from Sedalia to Chatfield is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Sedalia and Louviers.

The crest has passed Sedalia with minor flooding continuing between there and Chatfield Reservoir. - Plum Creek from Sedalia to Chatfield is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Sedalia and Louviers.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by last night's excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Southwestern Arapahoe and northeastern Douglas counties, along Cherry Creek from Parker to Cherry Creek Reservoir. * WHEN. Until 700 AM MDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 240 AM MDT, Stream gauge reports indicated flooding is occurring. The creek has peaked at Parker and the crest is moving downstream past Lincoln Avenue and into Arapahoe County. Flooding of low lying areas and recreational trails along the creek can be expected, with a rise of 2 or 3 feet in the creek level in Arapahoe county over the next hour or two. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Southwestern Aurora, southern Centennial, Parker, Greenwood Village, The Pinery and Foxfield.
