South central Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming. * Until 300 PM MDT. * At 159 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Winchester Hills, or 9 miles south of Cheyenne, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD. Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. A severe thunderstorms will continue to remain nearly stationary over the next hour east of Cheyenne. Very heavy rainfall will continue. A Flash Flood Warning is possible over the next hour. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Wyoming, including the following county, Laramie. * WHEN. Until 445 PM MDT. * IMPACTS. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 136 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
