ROCK RIVER near LEBANON-3 E-HWY MM BRIDGE affecting Dodge County. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Wisconsin River at Portage. * WHEN. Until late this evening. * IMPACTS. At 17.0 feet, There is general overflow of the river. Water is near homes in the Blackhawk Park area of Portage on the south side of the river along Old River Road. Floodwaters are over West Lake Road and Blackhawk Road in the Blackhawk Park area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.7 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 AM CDT Thursday was 17.2 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.1 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood History.
