Northwest winds with gusts to around 40 MPH will continue through the afternoon hours. Loose objects may be blown around and high profile vehicles may have difficulty traveling especially on north to south oriented roads. The gusty northwest winds will cause localized blowing dust from freshly tilled fields that may lower visibility in open areas. The winds should quickly diminish by 7 pm this evening.
