At 939 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near St. Clairsville, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. St. Clairsville, Flushing, Adena, New Athens, Harrisville, and Barkcamp State Park. This includes Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 209 and 221.
