IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Zanesville, New Concord, South Zanesville, North Zanesville, Dresden, Philo, Pleasant Grove, Conesville, Norwich, Cannelville, Chandlersville, Bridgeville, Duncan Falls, Otsego, Drake, and Dillon State Park. This includes Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 146 and 169.
