Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1031 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain from overnight into early this morning has lead to the Little Muskingum at Bloomfield to rise out of its banks.
