Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Parkersburg, Harrisville, St. Marys, Middlebourne, Paden City, Sistersville, Pennsboro, Belmont, North Bend State Park, Mineralwells, Newport, Matamoras, Ellenboro, Cairo, Friendly, Fly, Alma, Maxwell, Schultz, and New Matamoras. This includes the following highways. Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 171 and 175. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 11 and 42.
