Two atmospheric rivers are expected to arrive Sunday through Tuesday. Heavy rain is expected Sunday night into Monday morning with additional rainfall through Tuesday. Snow levels will be high. This combination could push rivers in the watch area close to flood stage beginning Monday. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of northwest and west central Washington, including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Mason and Skagit. In west central Washington, King, Pierce and Snohomish. * WHEN. From Sunday morning through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
