Two atmospheric rivers are expected to arrive beginning Sunday evening and lasting into Wednesday morning. Heavy rain is expected Sunday night into Monday morning for rises on area rivers and local creeks, some into action stage. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE. Portions of northwest and west central Washington, including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Mason and Skagit. In west central Washington, King, Pierce and Snohomish. * WHEN. From Sunday morning through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
