Eastern Bay. At 529 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 10 nm northwest of Annapolis to 8 nm southeast of Fort Washington to near Smallwood State Park, moving east at 30 knots.
