At 927 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Kells Corner, or near Chase City, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent lightning. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes. Locations impacted include. Victoria, Kenbridge, Lunenburg, Rehoboth, Kells Corner, Loves Mill, Finneywood, Lafoon Corner, Plantersville, Blevins Corner, Pleasant Grove, Oral Oaks, Fort Mitchell, and The Falls.

Until 1015 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 612 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages.
