Until 5 AM EDT Tuesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St. Mary's River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Coltons Point is at 6:44 AM and 7:01 PM. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 6:08 AM and 6:25 PM. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 4:46 AM and 5:52 PM.

The unprotected area on the Southwest Waterfront at the DC Seafood Market is expected to flood. Water is expected to approach parts of the Hains Point Loop Road, but it will likely be closed. At 3.5 feet, water reaches the floor of the Maritime Museum in Annapolis, begins to cover Bowyer Road on the Naval Academy campus, and numerous businesses on Dock Street are flooded, along with the City Dock parking lot. Bayside Beach begins to flood around Harbor Rd and Lake Dr. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 8:37 AM and 10:06 PM.
