At 3.5 feet, water reaches the floor of the Maritime Museum in Annapolis, begins to cover Bowyer Road on the Naval Academy campus, and numerous businesses on Dock Street are flooded, along with the City Dock parking lot. Bayside Beach begins to flood around Harbor Rd and Lake Dr. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 2:22 AM.

The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington DC has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Virginia. Rapidan River Near Culpeper affecting Orange, Spotsylvania and Culpeper Counties. For the Rapidan River. including Culpeper. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Rapidan River near Culpeper. * WHEN. From this evening to just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS. At 13.0 feet, Farmland near the river between Rapidan and Raccoon Ford begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.2 feet, or 3.8 feet below flood stage. - Forecast. The river will rise above flood stage to 13.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage this evening to 5.8 feet early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
