Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 951 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated bands of heavy rain continue to pass across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing, with numerous creeks and streams out of their banks, and several roads rendered impassible by flood waters in the warned area. Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to locally 5 inches are possible in the warned area through dawn on Friday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
