A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas. Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island to Sandy Point MD. Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to North Beach MD. Chester River to Queenstown MD. Eastern Bay. Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor. At 1212 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing winds to around 20 to 25 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 12 nm west of Back River to 12 nm north of Key Bridge to 31 nm west of Alexandria, moving southeast at 35 knots.

At 1209 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 16 nm west of Back River to 14 nm northwest of Key Bridge to 34 nm west of Alexandria, moving southeast at 35 knots.
