* WHAT. Up of one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE. Shoreline in the District of Columbia. * WHEN. Until 1 AM EDT Tuesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road, and near the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 12:04 AM.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of central Maryland, including the following county, Howard. * WHEN. Until 115 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Water continues to rise along the Patapsco River due to earlier rainfall. Flooding of low-lying and flood-prone locations near the river is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 922 PM EDT, Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Larger creeks will continue to rise due to runoff from the earlier rainfall. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
