At 345 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Dierks to 8 miles southwest of Arkinda to Bogata. Movement was southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Texarkana, Hope, De Queen, Wake Village, Ashdown, Nashville, New Boston, Pittsburg, Winnsboro, Prescott, Clarksville, Mineral Springs, Dierks, Horatio, Foreman, Boxelder, Hagansport, Leesburg, Umpire, and Idabel.

At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast.
