At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast. The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to 13.5 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
