Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Horatio, Winthrop, Arkinda, Avery, Haworth, Bokhoma, Eagletown, Moon, Cerrogordo, Beaverdams, Goodlake, Harris, Goodwater, Shinewell, English, Tom, America, West Line, Bryarly, and West Otis.

West central Hempstead County in southwestern Arkansas. Northwestern Miller County in southwestern Arkansas. East central Bowie County in northeastern Texas. * Until 815 PM CDT. * At 727 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hooks, or 9 miles northeast of New Boston, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD. Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW! HAZARD. Damaging tornado. SOURCE. Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT. You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes, businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction is possible. * The tornado will be near. Hooks around 730 PM CDT. Red Lick around 740 PM CDT. Texarkana and Nash around 745 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Leary and Red Bank.
