Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. De Queen, Ashdown, Nashville, New Boston, Mineral Springs, Dierks, Horatio, Foreman, Umpire, Idabel, Broken Bow, Hooks, De Kalb, Lockesburg, Wilton, Winthrop, Gillham, Ben Lomond, Arkinda, and Athens.

From 7 AM CDT this morning through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, bayous, creeks, streams and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - The Northwest Flow pattern of late has saturated soils across most if not all of the Four-State area in recent days. At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast. The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to 13.5 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
