For the Black Cypress Bayou. including Jefferson. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Black Cypress Bayou at Jefferson. * WHEN. From late tonight to late Monday evening. * IMPACTS. At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 11.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 14.0 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
