FFWSHV The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Western Union County in south central Arkansas. Columbia County in southwestern Arkansas. Lafayette County in southwestern Arkansas. Southern Miller County in southwestern Arkansas. Northern Bossier Parish in northwestern Louisiana. Northwestern Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana. Northwestern Claiborne Parish in northwestern Louisiana. Northwestern Webster Parish in northwestern Louisiana. Southeastern Cass County in northeastern Texas. Northern Harrison County in northeastern Texas. Marion County in northeastern Texas. * Until 915 PM CDT. * At 618 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen this afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area through mid evening. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast.
