* WHAT. Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southwest Arkansas, including the following counties, eastern Hempstead and Nevada. * WHEN. Until 1145 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 840 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since early this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area through 10 AM. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Hope, Prescott, Emmet, Blevins, Perrytown, Rosston, Fulton, Washington, Willisville, Bodcaw, Bluff City, Cale, Patmos, Oakhaven, Sutton, Laneburg, Mount Moriah, Boughton, Morris and Waterloo. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
