SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Matagorda, Palacios, South Texas Nuclear Plant, Point Comfort, La Ward, Alamo Beach, Indianola, Schicke Point, Olivia, Lolita, Blessing, Port Alto, Vanderbilt, Midfield, Wadsworth, and Lake Texana Dam.

East central Victoria County in south central Texas. * Until 1000 AM CDT. * At 915 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northeast of Placedo, or 10 miles northwest of Port Lavaca, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD. Golf ball size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. * This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of north central Calhoun and east central Victoria Counties. This includes US Highway 87 between mile markers 830 and 832.
