SMWCRP The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a * Special Marine Warning for. Coastal waters from Port Aransas to Matagorda Ship Channel out 20 NM. Copano, Aransas, and Redfish Bays. San Antonio, Mesquite, and Espiritu Santo Bays. * Until 415 PM CDT. * At 316 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 nm southeast of Palacios Bay to 6 nm north of Matagorda Ship Channel to 6 nm south of Port Lavaca to 10 nm northwest of Seadrift, moving south at 15 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail. SOURCE. Radar for hail and observed via the Palacious ASOS for winds. IMPACT. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. Large hail could result in structural damage. * Locations impacted include. Seadrift, Rockport, and Port Oconnor.

HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include.
