Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Recent rainfall has resulted in near saturated soils that are resistant to runoff and proper drainage. Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches may result in flooding.
