Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Elm Grove, Winchell, Lohn, Brookesmith, Rockwood, Waldrip, Trickham, Mercury, Fife, Us-283 Near The Mcculloch- Coleman County Line, Milburn, Whon, and Indian Creek.

Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bell, Bosque, Collin, Comanche, Cooke, Coryell, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Falls, Fannin, Freestone, Grayson, Hamilton, Hill, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Lampasas, Limestone, McLennan, Mills, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise. In northeast Texas, Anderson, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt. * WHEN. Through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional isolated rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches possible through Thursday evening.

Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Cowhouse Creek near Pidcoke. * WHEN. From this evening to tomorrow evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:10 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.

Northeastern Bell County in central Texas. Falls County in central Texas. * Until 1230 PM CDT. * At 1142 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of Troy, or 12 miles northeast of Temple, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will be near. Lott around 1150 AM CDT. Bremond around 1220 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Wilderville, Baileyville, Reagan, Oenaville, Highbank, Pleasant Grove, Durango, Cego, Travis, and Belfalls. The heaviest rain and worst flooding is expected for areas along and south of highway 84 between Goldthwaite and Evant. Life threatening flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Life threatening flash flooding. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Goldthwaite, Evant, Center City, Star, Moline, Bee House, Pearl and Regency. The radar estimates between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the past 1-2 hours. This is in addition to heavy rainfall received yesterday. The heaviest rain will continue for parts of the warned area for at least the next hour before it moves east.
