Bosque, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Hood, Johnson, Limestone, McLennan, Navarro, Somervell, Anderson, Henderson, Leon, and Robertson Counties. * WHEN. Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Recent rainfall has resulted in near saturated soils that are resistant to runoff and proper drainage. Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches may result in flooding.

Leon River At Gatesville affecting Coryell County. Navasota River Above Groesbeck affecting Limestone County. Navasota River Near Easterly affecting Leon and Robertson Counties. White Rock Creek Near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave affecting Dallas County. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Leon River at Gatesville. * WHEN. From Friday evening to early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS. At 22.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 2:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 23.0 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon.

McLennan County in central Texas. * Until 300 AM CDT. * At 1211 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include.
