From Tuesday morning through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Deep tropical moisture will be moving across lower southeast Texas producing widespread showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall, which may happen in a short period of time.
