At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of Four Oaks Ranch Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.6 feet. - Recent Activity. The lowest homes between Deweyville and the river begin to flood, especially in the Indian Lakes and River Oaks sections.
