At 721 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from near San Luis Pass to 7 miles southeast of Liverpool to near Danbury. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Galveston Island West End, Galveston Causeway, Texas City, Angleton, La Marque, Santa Fe, Hitchcock, Galveston Pier 21, Danbury, Bayou Vista, Jamaica Beach, Tiki Island, Pelican Island, Galveston State Park, Schlitterbahn, Scholes Field, The Strand, Port Bolivar, Offatts Bayou, and San Luis Pass.

For the Trinity River. including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor, Goodrich, Liberty, Moss Bluff. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Trinity River near Moss Bluff. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 12.2 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the gage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.2 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 PM CDT Monday was 13.9 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then rise to 13.5 feet Friday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 12.2 feet. - Flood History.
