Portions of north central and south central Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bell, Comanche, Coryell, Hamilton, Lampasas and Mills. In south central Texas, Milam. * WHEN. Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches.

At 543 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms from near Enchanted Rock State Natural Area to 8 miles south of Segovia. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include. Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Round Mountain, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Ingram, Stonewall, Blowout, Tivydale, Rocky Hill, Rocky Creek, Hye, Blumenthal, Crabapple, Albert, Grapetown, Cherry Spring, Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, Luckenbach, and Cain City.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. San Marcos, Lockhart, Bastrop, Gonzales, Yoakum, Luling, Giddings, La Grange, Smithville, Schulenburg, Hallettsville, Shiner, Flatonia, Moulton, Shelby, Martindale, Waelder, Uhland, Mustang Ridge, and Niederwald.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 504 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
