Calcasieu River Near Glenmora Mermentau River Near Mermentau Neches River Near Evadale Calcasieu River Near Salt Water Barrier Sabine River Near Deweyville Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier . The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Texas. Neches River Near Town Bluff Pine Island Bayou Near Sour Lake Additional information is available at www.weather.gov. The next statement will be issued this morning at 1030 AM CDT. * WHAT. Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 7.0 feet, Water begins to go over Bigner Road into the saltwater barrier. Water also cuts off most access to the Four Oaks Ranch Road downstream of Four Oaks boat launch. Flooding of Colliers Ferry Park and secondary roads near the river can be expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.4 feet. - Recent Activity. Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Trinity River at Liberty. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 29.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins as homes in several subdivisions above Liberty begin flooding. Extensive flooding over much of Liberty County can be expected with each incremental rise in the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 29.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Recent Activity.
