* WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Runnels and Taylor. * WHEN. Until 530 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 240 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of 1 to 2 inches have fallen due to thunderstorms. This rain is falling on areas that have already received heavy rain earlier, and will cause additional urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Coleman, Ballinger, Clyde, Winters, Baird, Santa Anna, Cross Plains, Miles, Lawn, Novice, Putnam, Silver Valley, Oplin, Glen Cove, Valera, Crews, Dudley, Talpa, Rowden and Burkett. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 294 and 323. This includes the following Low Water Crossings. I-20 Frontage Roads near Baird, I-20 Frontage Roads near Putnam, I-20 Frontage Roads west of Clyde, FM 2273 crossing Rough Branch, FM-RD 136 crossing Hords Creek, FM 1692 crossing The Draw, FM 1176 crossing Sweetie Creek, County Road 482 crossing Jim Ned Creek, County Road 485 crossing Indian Creek and CR 348 crossing Coyote Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
