SVRSJT The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for. South central Haskell County in west central Texas. Northern Jones County in west central Texas. Northeastern Fisher County in west central Texas. * Until 630 PM CDT. * At 546 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hamlin, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD. Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * This severe thunderstorm will be near. Stamford around 600 PM CDT. Avoca around 615 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Funston, Tuxedo, The Intersection Of Us- 180 And Farm Road 600, and The Intersection Of Us- 180 And Ranch Road 126.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Nolan, Runnels and Taylor. * WHEN. Until 715 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 511 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms between Robert Lee and Blackwell. moving slowly east around 10 mph. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Robert Lee, Blackwell, Bronte, Fort Chadbourne, Hylton, Wingate, Sanco, Happy Valley, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area, Oak Creek Reservoir, Wilmeth and Pumphrey. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings. Marrow Loop crossing east Kicapoo Creek, Hamilton crossing, Graham Valley crossing, Hurley crossing, Sanco crossing Yellow Wolf Creek, Arledge crossing Yellow Wolf Creek, Grahan Valley crossing Messbox Creek, County Road 266 crossing Oak Creek, crossings along County Road 314 and Ross Rd. crossing Bouzier Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Until 700 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 506 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms 5 miles west of Hamlin to Hamlin. moving slowly east. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Stamford, Hamlin, Avoca, Tuxedo and Hitson. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings.
