Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 747 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms over Goldsboro, Novice, Silver Valley. These storm will move east at 30 mph toward Cross Plains and Burkett. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2.25 inches are expected over the area.
