* WHAT. Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Callahan and Coleman. * WHEN. Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 954 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms across northern Coleman county moving northeast at 30 mph. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Coleman, Cross Plains, Novice, Silver Valley, Oplin, Burkett, Glen Cove, Us-283 Near The Coleman-Callahan County Line, Lake Coleman, Echo, Hords Creek Reservoir and Goldsboro. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings.
