Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Stephens, Tarrant, Wise, Young, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt Counties. * WHEN. Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches. Lower rain amounts are expected for areas northeast of the Metroplex.

Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Recent rainfall has resulted in near saturated soils that are resistant to runoff and proper drainage. Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches may result in flooding.
