Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Throckmorton, Millers Creek Reservoir, Elbert, Us- 183 Near The Throckmorton- Baylor County Line, and The Intersection Of Us-380 And Highway 222.

Bosque, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Hood, Johnson, Limestone, McLennan, Navarro, Somervell, Anderson, Henderson, Leon, and Robertson Counties. * WHEN. Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Recent rainfall has resulted in near saturated soils that are resistant to runoff and proper drainage. Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches may result in flooding.

Until 145 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1144 PM CDT, Radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain overspreading the Abilene area. Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches will occur between 1145 PM and 1 AM, and this will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
