Additional rounds of heavy rainfall are anticipated now through Monday morning, with a potential lull in activity on Saturday. Heavy rains will further aggravate rivers and streams, causing rises to and above bankfull. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of East Arkansas, including the following areas, Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Greene, Mississippi, Poinsett and St. Francis, Southeast Missouri, including the following areas, Dunklin and Pemiscot, and West Tennessee, including the following areas, Benton TN, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Obion, Shelby, Tipton and Weakley. * WHEN. Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. SVRMEG The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for. Northeastern Greene County in eastern Arkansas. Northeastern Mississippi County in eastern Arkansas. Eastern Clay County in eastern Arkansas. Pemiscot County in southeastern Missouri. Dunklin County in southeastern Missouri. Western Dyer County in west Tennessee. Obion County in west Tennessee. Lake County in west Tennessee. * Until 745 AM CDT. * At 702 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Malden to near Marmaduke, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include.
