At 449 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Phillipp, or 15 miles northwest of Senatobia, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Senatobia, Strayhorn, Arkabutla, Little Texas, Phillipp, Robinson Gin, Lost Lake, Prichard, Sarah, Dooley, and Savage.

Several areas across the Mid-South have received over 4 inches of rainfall over the past 7 days, with multiple areas reporting flooding of streams and roadways. Additional rounds of heavy rainfall are anticipated now through Monday morning, with a potential lull in activity on Saturday. Southwestern Shelby County in west Tennessee. * Until 515 PM CDT. * At 432 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Simsboro, or near Hughes, moving east at 20 mph.
