* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Florence and Williamsburg. Specifically along and in the vicinity of Highway 52 from Scranton across Lake City to Cades. * WHEN. Until 930 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 729 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall from isolated thunderstorms may slow the receding waters. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
