Willowick to Geneva-on-the-Lake OH beyond 5NM off shoreline to US-Canadian border. At 824 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 21 nm north of Avon Point, moving east at 35 knots.
