In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN. Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening. Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS. Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Ebb current of 3.5 kt at 300 PM Monday. Seas 9 to 10 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.49 kt at 328 AM Tuesday. Seas 13 to 15 ft.
