At 1115 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 3 miles northwest of Oktaha to 2 miles northwest of Vivian to 5 miles northwest of Lamar. Movement was southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations in or near the path include. Muskogee. Mcalester. Eufaula. In northeast Oklahoma, Okmulgee. In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh. * WHEN. Until 245 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1133 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Okmulgee. Henryetta. Haskell. Morris. Dewar. Schulter. Boynton. Grayson. Council Hill.
