Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected to develop overnight and spread across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
