Southeastern Muskogee County in east central Oklahoma. * Until 300 PM CDT. * At 204 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 5 miles southwest of Enterprise to near Quinton to 4 miles west of Robbers Cave State Park, moving northeast at 35 mph. FFWTSA The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Southwestern Rogers County in northeastern Oklahoma. Eastern Tulsa County in northeastern Oklahoma. Northwestern Wagoner County in northeastern Oklahoma. * Until 500 PM CDT. * At 254 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Nowata, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. * WHEN. Until 445 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 243 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
