Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Lincoln, McClain, Murray, Oklahoma, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN. Through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected this evening and tonight. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Cherokee, Muskogee and Sequoyah. In northeast Oklahoma, Adair. In southeast Oklahoma, Haskell and Le Flore. * WHEN. Until 445 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1244 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Fort Smith. Tahlequah. Sallisaw. Poteau. Stilwell. Stigler. Fort Gibson. Pocola. Muldrow. Roland. Spiro. Arkoma. Vian. Panama. Gore. Webbers Falls. Bonanza. Keota. Mccurtain.
